By accessing our website or using our paid travel assistance services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Making an online payment for our services constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with payment.

Service Scope & “Best Effort” Basis

We act as a specialized booking assistant, utilizing our expertise to research and present the best available options aligned with your criteria (location, budget, and preferences).
Completion: Our service is considered fully delivered once the researched options and associated links are presented to you.
Non-Guarantee: Options are subject to dynamic market conditions. We do not guarantee the permanent availability or pricing of any option, as these are controlled by third-party providers.

Fee Structure & Adjustments

Upfront Payment: A non-refundable Assistance Fee is required to begin the research process.
Adjustable Credit: Should you choose to complete your final booking directly through us, the Assistance Fee paid will be adjusted (deducted) from your final booking amount.
Effort-Based Pricing: The listed slabs are base rates. If a request involves extraordinary research or multiple revisions, we reserve the right to discuss an additional fee before proceeding.

Feasibility & Refunds

We reserve the right to determine the commercial feasibility of a request. If, after diligent research, no viable options exist due to highly restrictive criteria provided by the customer, the service is deemed complete. The fee remains non-refundable as it covers the labor and time expended.

Limitation of Liability

Third-Party Contracts: If you book independently using our links, the legal contract is strictly between you and the service provider (hotel/airline).
Post-Service Issues: We are not liable for any dissatisfaction, cancellations, service deficiencies, or errors arising during your stay or travel. Any modifications or refund requests must be handled directly with the service provider.

MilesTogether shall not be held responsible for:

  • Financial loss
  • Travel disruptions
  • Third-party service deficiencies
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability, if any, is strictly limited to the amount of the assistance fee paid. Our involvement ends with the presentation of options and links. We assume no responsibility for the final booking process, handling of payments to third parties, or any post-booking support (modifications, cancellations, check-in issues, service standards, etc.).
The final contract for the stay is strictly between you and the hotel/accommodation provider.
We are not liable for any dissatisfaction, errors, cancellations, or issues arising during or after your interaction with the hotel or airline. Once the outcome of the research is communicated to you, the service is deemed complete and the assistance fee remains non-refundable.

Failure to verify booking details is solely the user’s responsibility.
